Code Te Ching - Verse 29

Heaven and earth may be unkind,
but coders should not be treated as such.

The wise manager treats his coders
not like straw dogs,
not like straw puppies.

If quality is the goal, you must do as the wise do:
Respect the coders who make the real profit.
